Fairacre Garages, Bromley

A development of 96 garages that were in poor condition and required refurbishment. GTCI were awarded the contract and carried out the following works.

Cut back and remove foliage.
Remove all 96 roofs and replace with new timber, plywood lining and felt finish.
Replace all facias and soffits.
Replace all rainwater goods.
Approximately 50% of the garage doors were removed and replaced along with the softwood frames.
Overhaul all existing remaining garage door mechanisms.
All garage doors were prepared and painted in a deep green.

All works successfully completed within budget and programme.
